Role Details

- Role: Senior Associate - Project Management
- Location: Pune, India
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
- Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to lead Sakon Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform implementations.
- Maintain Service Delivery Plans, track delivery schedules, and manage weekly task execution across multiple parallel projects.
- Proactively identify project risks, navigate scope changes, and ensure timely milestone achievements.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Audit, Carrier, Technical) to deliver accurate, quality client service.
- Streamline processes, gather customer requirements, and transition accounts to Account Management teams.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Experience:



3 to 5 years in the telecom industry or IT or BPO/KPO or SaaS with project management and implementation experience.
- Core Capabilities: Proven track record in SaaS implementations and adherence to service management principles.
- Project Management: Strong grasp of PM methodologies, risk mitigation, and tracking multiple deliverables concurrently.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (A Plus):

- Working knowledge or experience with Enterprise Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobility Solutions.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Financial Systems.
