Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida, with a CTC of up to 5 LPA. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves negotiating offers within defined guidelines, supporting closure of sales transactions,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support. The position requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, attend meetings, and participate in sales events as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, local property markets, and customer buying behavior (prior real estate experience is an advantage).
- Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools for lead tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends or extended hours when required by business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred; relevant sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
- Solid customer-service orientation, professional conduct, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
