Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to enterprise software environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting complex software applications in a business context.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes within IT service frameworks.
- Capability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
