Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Tendering role based in Okhla. The role involves preparing and reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client specifications. The MEP Tendering professional will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather technical inputs, clarify scope, and optimize pricing and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing drawings and specifications,



obtaining vendor quotations, preparing techno-commercial offers, and supporting negotiations and bid submissions. The role also includes maintaining tender documentation, tracking deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes and templates.
Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and related building services.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, and BOQ preparation for MEP or electrical turnkey projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with estimation or project management software.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Prior experience in contracting or turnkey solution companies, especially in S.I.T.C projects, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Okhla and manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
