We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our PMS business through client acquisition, relationship management and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Meet prospective clients and explain PMS products, strategies and services.

• Assist clients throughout the PMS onboarding and documentation process.





• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

• Provide post-onboarding client service and coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.

• Support client meetings, presentations and business development initiatives.

• Maintain lead, client and business development records and MIS.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial products and services.

• Experience in wealth management, PMS, mutual funds, stock broking or investment products will be preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Positive client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and business development skills.

• Candidates with MIS-level sales experience in financial products will be preferred.
