Role Description The Manager – Fund Raising & Investor Relations will lead initiatives to secure new capital and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves developing fundraising strategies, preparing investor presentations and information memoranda, and coordinating due diligence processes. The role includes maintaining regular communication with investors through reports, calls, and meetings, while tracking portfolio performance and market developments relevant to sustainable energy finance.



The manager will collaborate closely with the finance, investments, and business development teams to align capital-raising efforts with growth plans and to provide data-driven insights that support investment decisions.
Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in Finance and Investments, including familiarity with debt and equity instruments in the sustainable or infrastructure sectors.
- Background in Investment Management and Equities, with a solid understanding of portfolio performance metrics and investor expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance, preferably within financial services or clean energy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Interest in sustainable energy and impact-driven finance, with a willingness to engage deeply with sector trends and policies.
