- GTM calendar — The full annual go-to-market calendar. Every major campaign, product launch, brand collaboration, roadshow, and cultural moment we participate in. When we launch, when we push, when we go quiet.
- Brand collaboration strategy — Long-term brand affiliations with the right brands — luxury, wellness, skincare, athleisure, cultural. Partnerships that make sense for both sides, that both audiences find flattering, that build over years. Not one-off campaigns.
- Individual partnerships — Identify the individuals whose association with The Core builds our brand — cultural figures, editors, athletes, doctors, mothers. Structure genuine relationships. No transactional influencer deals.

Who you are

- You've made brands cult before — You've built or shaped a brand people know by name — as a marketer, founder, or agency lead. You've been in the room when the go-to-market decisions were made, and you've been accountable for their outcomes.
- India premium D2C fluency — You understand the intersection of wellness, luxury,



and cultural marketing in India. You know which spaces move an audience like ours, and which are noise.
- Networked with taste — You have real relationships across the brand ecosystem — other founders, agency leads, cultural editors, PR firms, retreat producers, event partners. You know who to call for what, and you know how to activate a partnership without burning it.
- Editorial discipline — You are the person who says we should NOT do this partnership as often as we should. You protect the brand — you don't chase visibility for its own sake.
- Strategic and executional — You can build a campaign strategy on Monday and execute a partnership dinner on Thursday. This role requires both.
- Ambition-aligned — You want to build the definitive women's wellness brand in India. This is a category-defining chance, and you want to be the one who did the going-to-market work when we look back.
