Position: Manager Finance - IT services

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our global finance operations and manage our existing finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Services, Technology and be capable of combining strong financial management with business-focused decision-making.
Responsibilities:

- Lead global finance and accounting operations across multiple entities/geographies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Oversee revenue, project profitability, margins, costs, billing, receivables, and working capital.
- Lead and develop the existing finance team, ensuring strong accountability and performance.
- Manage audits, compliance, financial controls, and risk management.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
- Drive improvements in profitability, cost control, cash flow, and financial processes.
- Lead finance automation, reporting improvements, and system/process enhancements.
- Support the company's continued growth across global markets.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT Services or Technology.
- Proven experience managing global/multi-entity finance operations.
- Solid experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.
- Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition,



profitability/margin analysis, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, and working-capital management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial management systems.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus; Power BI/reporting automation experience is an advantage.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
