Role Description The Holiday Advisor – B2B DMC – Fresher is a full-time role responsible for supporting travel agents and business clients with holiday planning and booking. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, this hybrid role combines time at the office with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries from B2B clients, preparing customized holiday proposals and quotations, and sharing accurate information on destinations, hotels, and activities.



The Holiday Advisor will coordinate with internal operations teams and external suppliers to confirm bookings, follow up on requests, and ensure smooth travel arrangements. The role also involves maintaining client records, tracking reservations, and contributing to a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely service.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales and Retail Sales abilities to promote holiday packages, upsell services, and support revenue goals.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with travel agents, business clients, and partners.
- Interest in or basic knowledge of travel and tourism, particularly Thailand and Southeast Asia destinations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized with multiple client requests.
- Proficiency with standard office software and online booking tools; willingness to learn DMC-specific systems.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
