About the Role

The Research Assistant will support the delivery of Avistrat's strategic priorities by conducting industry research, workforce intelligence studies, employability assessments, funding research, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role will contribute directly to flagship initiatives such as the Aerospace Employability Index, workforce intelligence reports, whitepapers, policy briefs, and funding proposals.

Qualifications

- Graduate or current students of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources,



Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.

Skills and Experience

Essential

- Strong research and analytical skills
- Survey development and data collection experience
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Desirable

- Interest in workforce development, employability, education, technology, or innovation sectors
- Exposure to grant writing and proposal development
- Experience engaging with industry, academia, or government stakeholders
