Analyst-HR Operations and Services

Key responsibilities

- Provides centralized Human Resources services focused on employment relationships and other HR-related transactions.
- Supports administrative activities, including hotel bookings, cab bookings, and visa processing.
- Maintains training and development records for all plants, including skill matrices and competency mapping for all employees.
- Screens agency manpower and coordinates their deployment across departments.
- Prepare agendas and minutes of committee meetings.
- Supports recruitment, attendance management, and payroll functions.
- Ensure operational efficiency through effective management of processes, technology, and transactions.
- Manages administrative functions, including housekeeping, security, canteen operations, and company pick-up and drop vehicles.
- Should have experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Supports HR projects and related activities throughout the year.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experiance as HR Generalist in Small/Mid size manufacturing plant.
- Candidate must be from reside nearby to Palghar.
- Must worked on HR-Generalist Role
- Flexible Timing
- In Office- Not Hybrid- Flexible Working Hours.
- Experience in supporting audit documentation will be added advantage
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Social Security+ Medicliam Insurance+Term Insurance+Accident Insurance
- Free pick drop from Palghar railway station
