Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding Industry Ready Academy's partnerships, client base, and program reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and developing strategies to promote the academy's training offerings. The role involves maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing partners, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the engagement lifecycle.



The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on feedback, prepare proposals and reports, and support events or outreach activities that drive business growth.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, including confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
