Role & responsibilities

* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

* Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other caf equipment safely and efficiently.

* Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.

* Ensure beverages are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.

* Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

* Handle billing and cash/POS transactions, if required.

* Assist with opening and closing caf operations.

* Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

* Qualification:



10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.

* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience as a Barista, Caf Associate, Steward, Waiter/Waitress, or in the hospitality industry is preferred.

* Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Well-groomed and presentable personality.
