? Transport: Both-side cab facility, subject to hiring zone

Eligibility
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US First-Party Collections is mandatory.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection activities for US-based customers/accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.




- Maintain professional communication while resolving payment-related queries.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Meet assigned collection targets and performance metrics.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
