Responsibilities

- Lead and manage an offshore team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee the testing process, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain testing best practices and methodologies.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with testing objectives.
- Utilize Selenium for automated testing and ensure the team is proficient in its use.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues related to testing and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in managing offshore teams.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
- Expertise in Selenium for automated testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with other testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
- Experience in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing and project management.
- Relevant certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
