# Radiology Information Technology (RIT) Faculty **Institution:** Adithya Institute of Health Science **Job Type:** Full-time **Department:** Radiology Information Technology (RIT) ### Job Summary Adithya Institute of Health Science is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic **Radiology Information Technology (RIT) Faculty** to teach and mentor students in radiology, medical imaging, healthcare technology, and related subjects. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver lectures and practical sessions for RIT students. * Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations. * Teach subjects related to radiology, medical imaging, radiographic technology, and healthcare information systems as per the curriculum. * Conduct practical training and guide students in laboratory/clinical learning. * Evaluate student performance through assignments, internal assessments, practical examinations, and university examinations. * Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students. * Maintain attendance, academic records, and student performance reports. * Guide students in projects, seminars, presentations, and other academic activities. * Coordinate with clinical departments and healthcare professionals for practical/clinical training. * Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum activities, workshops, and institutional events. * Maintain a safe, professional,



and positive learning environment. ### Educational Qualification * **M.Sc. / M.Voc. / Master’s degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, Radiological & Imaging Sciences, or a relevant discipline.** * Candidates with a **B.Sc./B.Voc. in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology** with relevant teaching/clinical experience may also be considered, depending on institutional requirements. * Candidates with prior teaching or clinical experience will be preferred. * Freshers with solid academic credentials may also be considered. ### Required Skills * Strong knowledge of radiology and medical imaging. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to conduct practical and clinical training. * Good classroom management and student-handling skills. * Knowledge of modern teaching methods and digital learning tools. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. ### Experience **0–3 years** of relevant teaching/clinical experience preferred.
