Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
* Handle admission enquiries and counselling sessions
* Make calls to prospective students and parents
* Follow up regularly on leads and enquiries
* Explain courses, batches, fees and admission process
* Convert enquiries into admissions
* Maintain proper follow-up and admission records
Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Valuable convincing and counselling ability
✅ Confident and professional personality
✅ Prior experience in a coaching institute/education sector preferred
✅ Target-oriented approach
