Job Description: Sales Executive / Tele Caller – Real Estate

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with walk-in customers, conducting site visits, following up on leads, and closing deals. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Attend to walk-in customers and address inquiries in a skilled manner

● Conduct site visits and present project specifications, features, and benefits

● Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications & Experience

● Minimum 1* to 2 years of proven experience* in sales





● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

● Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage

● Target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
