We are looking for a Full-Time Programming Faculty to join our training team at LBS Skill Centre, Karicode, Kollam. The candidate should have strong practical programming skills and the ability to teach programming concepts through hands-on training, coding exercises and real-world projects. Candidates with knowledge of Python, C, C++, Java or related technologies are encouraged to apply. Immediate/short-notice candidates preferred.

LBS Skill Centre, Karicode, Kollam is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Programming Faculty to join our training team on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented programming training to students and helping them develop strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and project skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical programming sessions.
- Teach programming concepts from fundamentals to intermediate/advanced levels.
- Train students in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java or other relevant technologies.
- Explain programming concepts through practical examples, coding exercises and projects.
- Guide students in developing academic and practical programming projects.
- Conduct lab sessions and provide hands-on coding support.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practical exercises and projects.
- Help students troubleshoot coding errors and improve their problem-solving skills.
- Keep training content updated with current programming and technology trends.
- Support students in building practical skills relevant to higher education and employment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and logical problem solving.
- Good practical coding skills in Python / C / C++ / Java or related technologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring and developing students' practical skills.
- Ability to conduct both theory and hands-on practical sessions.

Qualification & Experience

- BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. Computer Science / M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates with strong programming skills and relevant practical experience may also be considered.
- Teaching/training experience is preferred, but candidates with good industry/project experience and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
