We're looking for a Photographer who sees stories before they see photographs.

Someone who can walk into a café, a farm, a workshop, a founder's office or a community gathering and instinctively notice the moments, details and interactions worth capturing.

This role goes beyond taking good photographs. We're looking for someone who understands people, light, composition, atmosphere and storytelling and knows how to use photography to make a brand feel real.

You'll work across different kinds of projects, from social media and campaigns to brand shoots, products, spaces, people and experiences.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute photography for social media, campaigns, brand stories and digital platforms.
- Capture authentic moments, people, products, spaces, processes and experiences.
- Develop visual approaches and concepts based on the brand and project requirements.
- Work with strategists, writers, designers and clients to translate ideas into strong visual stories.
- Photograph food, products, people, interiors, events and lifestyle experiences.
- Plan shoots, create shot lists and prepare equipment and other production requirements.
- Direct and guide founders, customers, team members and other people when required.
- Select, organise and edit photographs for different platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in the visual language of different brands.
- Stay updated with evolving photography styles, content formats and visual storytelling trends.

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in photography, content creation, commercial photography or a related field.




- Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, colour and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work confidently with professional cameras and photography equipment.
- Strong understanding of natural and artificial lighting.
- Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software.
- Ability to plan and execute shoots independently.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, creativity and visual thinking not just technical photography.
- Understanding of social-first photography and platform-specific content requirements.
- An eye for details, people, spaces and interesting everyday moments.
- Curiosity about people, culture, food, hospitality, art, lifestyle and community-led brands.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience photographing food, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle or culture-led brands.
- Are comfortable directing people who aren't professional models.
- Understand how to make branded photography feel natural, authentic and human.
- Have experience with studio, product or food photography.
- Have basic knowledge of video or can capture simple social-first video content.
- Have experience developing a visual concept or photography direction from a brief.
- Can adapt your photography style to different brands and audiences.
