Experience & Background

- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the pipe, steel, TMT, MS/GI pipe, or building materials industry
- Robust track record in B2B and B2C sales, including handling dealers, distributors, institutional clients, and government tenders.
- Prior experience in team leadership, managing sales targets, and developing marketing strategies for industrial or construction products.

Education & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs in the pipe/steel sector.app.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP systems, and basic digital marketing platforms

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Location & Language

- Based in Raipur, with willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh and neighboring states for client meetings and market visits
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.

Salary Range (Indicative)

- For 15+ years of experience in this domain, salaries in Raipur typically range between ₹9–15 LPA, depending on the company size and performance incentives
