The Schram Academy is looking for a passionate and qualified TGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics at the secondary level under the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make Physics concepts engaging, practical, and meaningful for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts through practical examples, experiments, demonstrations, and activity-based learning.
- Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory activities while ensuring safety procedures.
- Assess student learning through classwork, tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor academic progress and provide timely feedback and remedial support.
- Identify individual learning needs and adopt appropriate teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.
- Develop students' scientific thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and curiosity.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE examinations and academic assessments.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom setting.




- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators to support overall student development.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc in Physics with B.Ed.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Physics and the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through practical and innovative teaching methods.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Commitment to student development and continuous professional learning.

Additional Expectations

- Candidates are required to deliver a teaching demo during the interview process.
- Participate in Physics Club, STEM activities, science exhibitions, and academic competitions.
- Develop innovative teaching resources and practical learning activities.
- Contribute towards improving subject-wise student outcomes and academic performance.
