Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP S&OP; Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of SAP experience and deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning – Sales & Operations Planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SAP IBP S&OP; solutions.
- Gather business requirements from supply chain stakeholders.
- Configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, and planning levels.
- Develop and configure S&OP; planning processes.
- Manage demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Configure supply planning and response processes.
- Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA and other relevant systems.
- Develop planning models and analytics.
- Support data integration and master data management.
- Conduct workshops with business teams.




- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 9 years of SAP experience.
- Robust SAP IBP expertise.
- Hands-on experience with IBP S&OP.;
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
- Proven experience with planning areas and key figures.
- Experience with SAP IBP integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP IBP Demand and Supply Planning.
- S/4HANA integration experience.
- SAP CPI/Integration Suite exposure.
- Experience with IBP implementations.
