Senior Developer - CSM/SPM

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Service Owner with robust hands-on experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) or Customer Service Management (CSM) to support enterprise-level implementations. The role involves process understanding and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver optimized ServiceNow CSM solution aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Must Have:

1. Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within SPM/CSM module.
2. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other scripting tools.
3. Write server-side and client-side scripts for CSM applications and enhancements.
4.



Design and build integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs including transforming data and building inbound/outbound interfaces.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and implement best practices for secure and scalable development.
7. Proficiency in building automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
