**Description:** + Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards. + Implement Hyatt Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level. + Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations. + Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning. + Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities. + Partner with hotel leadership to develop people capability and a strong leadership pipeline. + Support financial objectives through workforce planning, payroll management, and HR budgeting. + Champion Hyatt Purpose, Values, and Leadership Profile across all departments. + Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters. **Qualifications:** + Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. + At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
