- Atlassian Solution Architecture experience
- Strong
Jira, JSM & Confluence administration
- Hands-on experience with
Atlassian REST APIs
- Experience in
Atlassian tools optimization
- Hands-on experience with
Atlassian Rovo AI
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
- Genuine interest and hands-on initiative in
AI & automation
- Strong ownership mindset for the Atlassian platform
- Ability to identify issues, propose solutions and drive them independently
- Comfortable making decisions and escalating only when required
