Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, analytical and confident Graduate Fresher with excellent communication skills and strong command over Advanced Excel.

The candidate will work on MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards and management reports, and will coordinate with different teams for accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Create management reports, trackers and dashboards
- Identify data gaps, trends and exceptions
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation
- Present information in a explicit and meaningful format
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of reports
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis

Must-Have Skills

Advanced Excel
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS




- Data Validation & Conditional Formatting
- Filters, sorting and data cleaning
- Charts and dashboards
- Good understanding of Excel formulas and functions

Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence in interacting with different teams
- Ability to understand requirements and communicate data clearly
