- Operations of TCS ion and troubleshooting.
- End-User and Help Desk Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee technical problems via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot operating systems, productivity apps, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools.
- Hardware and Software Management: Set up, configure, and deploy new laptops, desktops, printers, and phones. Install software updates, patches, and security drivers.
- Network and Connectivity Troubleshooting: Fix local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN connection problems. Ensure office meeting spaces and video conferencing tools run smoothly.
- User Account Administration: Manage staff onboarding and offboarding by creating or disabling user accounts and setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) via tools like Active Directory.
- Maintenance and Documentation: Keep accurate logs of hardware and software inventory. Record recurring faults and solutions in a ticketing system to maintain a helpful knowledge base.
- Security and Backups: Monitor antivirus updates, check firewall compliance, and ensure data backup processes run correctly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
