We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect who can independently handle architectural planning, design development, drawings, coordination, and execution support for residential/township construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP and other engineering teams.
- Ensure architectural designs are practical, functional and execution-friendly.
- Review drawings and resolve design/site-related issues.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Review BOQ,



material specifications and design requirements where required.
- Handle design modifications and provide suitable architectural solutions.
- Maintain drawing/documentation records and ensure revisions are properly controlled.
- Support planning and development of residential/township projects.
- Guide junior architects/designers and coordinate their work.
- Participate in client/management discussions and project presentations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
