About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales in the Rajkot region. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build a career in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, and prospective clients in the assigned Rajkot territory
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing customer relationships
- Promote and sell company products to industrial/trade customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and update customer data in CRM
- Handle customer queries, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery




- Gather market information and competitor activity in the region

Requirements

- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajkot and nearby areas
- Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi; basic English preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license required
- Basic computer knowledge (mobile apps, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
