Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive Senior Inside Sales Executiveto handle calls, convert leads, and drive sales for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls & handle inbound enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when relevant.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and excellent follow-up ability.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email).
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Sales Incentives (Robust earning potential).
- Performance bonuses based on monthly achievements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
