About the Role

Pumo Technovation is looking for a passionate AI & Machine Learning Technical Trainer who can train students in modern AI technologies through practical, industry-oriented learning.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI and LLMs, along with an interest in emerging areas such as Agentic AI, AI Agents, Cloud Computing and AI application deployment.

Freshers with strong academic projects, internships or hands-on AI/ML experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Teach Python programming with practical, real-world applications.
- Explain ML algorithms, data preprocessing, model building and model evaluation.
- Train students in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Guide students through hands-on AI/ML projects and assignments.
- Teach Deep Learning concepts and practical implementation.
- Introduce students to Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Train students on Agentic AI and AI Agent development, including agent workflows, tool/function calling and multi-agent concepts.
- Introduce cloud-based AI/ML workflows using AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Teach containerization and deployment concepts using Docker.
- Guide students in deploying AI/ML applications and APIs.
- Conduct assessments, technical discussions and project reviews.
- Mentor students for technical interviews and industry requirements.




- Develop and continuously improve course content, projects and training materials.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant industry practices into training.

Eligibility

- 0–3 years of experience in AI/ML, software development, data science, training or related areas.
- Freshers with strong AI/ML projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with students.
- Ability to conduct hands-on workshops and project-based learning.
- Comfortable interacting with students from different technical backgrounds.
