Social Media Manager / Executive – Content Strategy & Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Executive who can take ownership of our social media growth and content direction.

We already have a dedicated video editor who can shoot, edit videos and create reels. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can think strategically and guide the content creation process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

* Develop monthly and weekly social media content plans.

* Suggest new and creative content ideas to make our page interesting and engaging.

* Understand our products, customers and brand and convert them into relevant content.

* Plan different types of content such as Reels, educational content, product showcases, customer-focused content, trends and campaigns.

2. Content Ideas & Scripts

* Give clear concepts and scripts to the video editor/shooting team.

* Suggest what type of content and videos should be created.

* Give creative ideas and directions for creating engaging content.

* Research current social media trends and identify ideas that can be adapted to our brand.

3. Paid Advertising

* Plan, create and manage social media advertising campaigns.

* Run and optimize Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads.

* Understand campaign objectives, targeting, creatives, budgets and performance.

* Track results and improve campaigns based on performance.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is creative, strategic and execution-oriented — not someone whose role is limited to posting photos and reels.

The ideal candidate should be able to answer:





“What should we post, why should we post it, how should we create it, and how can we promote it to reach the right customers?”

You will work closely with our existing video editor/shooter, who will handle the shooting and editing. Your responsibility will be to provide the ideas, strategy, scripts and advertising plan.

IMPORTANT******

We are looking for someone who is highly focused, creative, proactive and genuinely interested in social media growth. You will work closely with me. I will actively contribute my ideas, concepts and business knowledge, and I will also participate in many of our reels and content. Your role will be to bring fresh ideas, content strategies, scripts and advertising knowledge, and together we will experiment, create and grow the page. We already have a video editor who handles shooting and editing, so your focus will mainly be on content planning, creative direction and running ads. There is also an incentive opportunity based on performance and growth. If you are focused, full of ideas and want to build something together, we would love to have you on board.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
