Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-focused, and hands-on Social Media Executive to manage and grow Worldify Overseas' presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of practical experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. The candidate should be comfortable handling the complete day-to-day social media workflow, including content planning, graphic and video creation, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media handles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely scheduling and publishing.
- Create engaging graphics, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other social media creatives.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends, viral formats,



campaigns, and audience interests.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, video descriptions, and hashtags.
- Manage comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement across platforms.
- Monitor trending topics, viral content, trending audio, and emerging social media formats.
- Track basic content performance including reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for campaigns, testimonials, events, and promotional content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, content quality, and posting frequency across all platforms.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Practical experience creating Reels, Stories, Carousels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Strong creativity and the ability to develop fresh, engaging, and trend-driven content.
- A strong interest in viral content, trending formats, trending audio, and identifying content opportunities.
- For video editing, working knowledge of CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.




- For graphic designing, working knowledge of Canva is sufficient.
- Good understanding of social media trends, hashtags, captions, and content presentation.
- Good English communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple content requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to content creation.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
