About the Role

We are looking for a UPSC Mentor to support aspirants through their Civil Services Examination preparation. The role involves mentoring students, helping them structure their preparation, resolving academic queries, and providing practical guidance based on the UPSC syllabus and examination pattern.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor UPSC aspirants through their preparation journey.
- Help students create realistic study plans and preparation strategies.
- Guide students on Prelims, Mains and Optional Subject preparation.
- Review study progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct online mentoring sessions and doubt-solving discussions.
- Guide students regarding answer writing, revision and test preparation.
- Share relevant study resources, strategies and preparation techniques.
- Track student progress and maintain basic mentoring records.
- Motivate and provide consistent academic support to students.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination and its syllabus.




- UPSC preparation experience is required; UPSC Mains-qualified candidates are preferred.
- Good command of English and/or Hindi.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured manner.
- Comfortable conducting sessions online.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.
- Prior experience in UPSC mentoring, teaching, content creation or EdTech will be an advantage.

Working Arrangement

- Part-time
- 100% Work From Home
- Flexible schedule, with availability for scheduled student mentoring sessions.
- Freelance/contractual engagement.

Compensation

Up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, UPSC background, mentoring capability and time commitment.
