Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct property/site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/any relevant degree preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in field sales and meet customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
