Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients and prepare appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for orthopaedic patients.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure timely completion of treatment.
- Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team and allocate daily duties.
- Prepare and monitor team schedules, workload and manpower coverage.
- Guide junior physiotherapists and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Conduct team training, case discussions and competency development.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing and other clinical departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation in ERP/EMR.
- Monitor patient feedback, incidents and corrective actions.
- Maintain equipment, safety, infection control and departmental discipline.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and KPI achievement.
- Ensure quality patient care and continuous improvement in physiotherapy services.
