Job Title: Business Development Executive (Lead

Generation & Client Outreach)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Business Development

team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, develop robust

communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in client engagement and market

expansion.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through databases, research,

and various online platforms.

 Client Profiling: Analyze and understand client profiles to identify relevant

opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.

 Global Outreach: Connect with prospective clients across international markets via

calls and introduce our services effectively.

 Meeting Coordination: Engage with decision-makers and schedule meetings to

initiate meaningful business discussions.

 Client Communication: Share proposals, presentations, and relevant materials

through professional email communication and follow-ups.





 Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with senior team members, seek feedback,

and continuously improve performance and skills.

What We’re Looking For

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Confidence in speaking with international clients

 Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

 Basic understanding of business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory)

 Positive attitude and proactive approach

 Comfortable working in both afternoon and night shifts.
