Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Event Management Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, sales conversion, and event coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in event management sales, client relationship management, vendor coordination, negotiation, and business conversion. The candidate will be expected to take ownership of assigned leads, understand client requirements, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive enquiries towards successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities Client & Lead Management

- Contact clients through assigned leads and initiate professional conversations.
- Understand client requirements for weddings, functions, and other events.
- Assess client expectations, budget, preferences, and event requirements.
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.

Sales & Business Conversion

- Drive enquiries from the initial conversation through to successful booking.
- Present proposals, packages, quotations, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Negotiate with clients to achieve successful conversions while maintaining business profitability.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure leads are followed up within defined timelines.




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and referrals.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather quotations based on client requirements.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and coordinate pricing and service requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure requirements are understood and executed properly.
- Handle vendor and client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 3–4 years of experience in Event Management, Event Sales, Wedding Planning, Hospitality, or related industries.
- Proven experience in sales and business conversion.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, convincing, and presentation abilities.
- Solid understanding of event requirements and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
