**Job summary** Drives the velocity of application registration into the Flowsource catalog configuring catalog YAML wiring story tracking JIRA Azure Boards test management and ITSM integration on a per application basis and enabling delivery teams to self serve from day one This role is the primary interface between delivery squads and the platform running onboarding workshops fixing the small frictions that keep apps off the catalog and tracking onboarding health metrics that feed directly into the FDE Leads **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities Run application onboarding workshops with each delivery squad discover scope prioritise and schedule Configure catalog YAML for each onboarded application entity definitions ownership dependencies lifecycle tags Wire per application integrations Git repo story tracker JIRA Azure Boards test management ITSM ServiceNow into the Flowsource Catalog and dashboards Resolve the long tail of onboarding friction malformed repos missing CODEOWNERS broken webhooks repo permission gaps stale ITSM mappings Train delivery teams on self service component creation using golden path templates reduce future dependence on FDE Track and report onboarding health apps in catalog apps active in last 30 days apps emitting DORA telemetry to the FDE Lead Feed back recurring onboarding blockers to the Platform Engineering Specialist for template scaffolder improvements Required Skills and Experience 5 plus years application development or DevOps experience strong empathy for delivery team realities Hands on familiarity with Git platforms GitHub Enterprise Azure Repos AWS CodeCommit Bitbucket Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure Boards configuration ServiceNow integration basics Comfort with YAML JSON and basic scripting Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills this role lives at the platform delivery interface Flowsource Tooling and Tech Stack Flowsource Catalog component registration catalog YAML Git platforms GitHub Enterprise Cloud Azure Repos AWS CodeCommit Bitbucket Story tracking JIRA Azure Boards ITSM ServiceNow Flowsource self service templates Create flow Success Metrics Applications successfully onboarded per sprint month Percentage of onboarded apps active build deploy story sync in last 30 days Onboarding cycle time per application target 5 business days or less Self service ratio percentage of current components created by client teams without FDE intervention Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
