We are seeking a Work From Home HR Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent within a tight timeline and involves remote work with flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, call, and invite suitable candidates for walk-in interviews.

- Ensure at least 3 qualified candidates are hired within each month.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.

- Adhere to the target-based compensation structure and performance metrics.

- Manage laptop and communication tools to support remote work.

- Track daily working hours from 12pm to 5am and report status.

Required qualifications





- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (minimum 1 year).

- Strong phone and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Reliable internet connection and laptop with necessary software.

- Demonstrated ability to meet monthly hiring targets.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
