Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments, including the creation and management of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong understanding of data, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define priorities, align roadmaps, and maximise business value. Advanced proficiency in JIRA,



including backlog management, sprint planning support, user story refinement, and progress tracking. Experience facilitating product backlog refinement sessions, ensuring requirements are well-defined, prioritised, and ready for development teams. Robust collaboration skills with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Technical Leads to support solution design and ensure business requirements are appropriately reflected in system architecture. Proven ability to engage and coordinate with multiple Product Owners and stakeholder groups across business and technology functions. Excellent Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, target operating model, data analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, impact assessment, and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
