Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM skilled to lead enterprise solution design, integrations, and IT operations transformation. The role involves stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Act as an SME and manage technical teams
• Drive integrated IT operations and multi-tower service management
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions
• Architect scalable and flexible solutions
• Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives




• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams

Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Enterprise solution architecture and IT operations experience
• Experience with integrations and transformational projects
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to analyze complex technical environments
• Team leadership and problem-solving skills

Education: 15 years of full-time education required
