You take advanced and escalated cases, convert high-intent leads through expertise and trust, and support junior counsellors with best practices.

What you'll do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to counsel students with advanced needs or complex profiles

- Give expert guidance on colleges, entrance exams, eligibility, fees, and academic pathways

- Evaluate student backgrounds to recommend the most suitable options

- Build strong relationships with students and parents using clarity and authority

- Handle escalated and high-priority counselling inquiries

- Drive consistent follow-ups to convert high-quality leads into confirmed admissions

- Maintain detailed CRM records, case notes, and follow-up structures

- Mentor junior counsellors through training, call reviews, and best practices

- Collaborate with operations and admissions teams for smooth onboarding

What we're looking for

- Exceptional communication in Hindi and English

- Experience in counselling, education sales, or academic advisory roles

- Ability to handle complex student requirements with clarity and confidence

- Strong persuasion skills with an ethical,



student-first approach

- Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with high conversation volumes

- Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor juniors

- Strong calling and follow-up discipline

- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream

Growth: Senior Specialist, Team Lead, Admissions Manager, or Training roles.
