Do you enjoy helping students make informed academic decisions and feel confident about their future? This role blends counselling, decision support, and sales. You guide students and parents over calls, and you convert genuine interest into admissions through trust-based conversations.

What you'll do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents to counsel them on courses and colleges

- Understand each student's goals, preferences, budget, and challenges

- Recommend the best-fit academic pathways based on their profile

- Build trust with families through clarity, empathy, and honest information

- Maintain solid follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel

- Convert interested leads into admissions through ethical, value-driven persuasion

- Keep CRM logs, call notes, and follow-up records updated daily

- Coordinate with operations and counselling teams for smooth onboarding

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English

- Ability to simplify complex educational information

- Persuasive yet empathetic counselling style

- Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent

- Strong calling skills and a follow-up mindset are essential





- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream

- Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Senior Counsellor, Counselling Lead, or Admissions leadership roles.
