Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) will lead Dentalkart's engineering team, overseeing software delivery, system architecture, AI adoption, engineering excellence, and team development. The role is responsible for scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms, integrating AI into engineering and products, ensuring platform security and compliance, and driving collaboration across Product, Operations, and Leadership.

Requirements 8–12 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in an engineering leadership role.
Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants,



and ML integration.
Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
Robust leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
