Admissions Counselling Executives give students full clarity on the admission process, from options and eligibility to timelines and requirements, and see them through to a confirmed seat. The role balances counselling and sales.

What you'll do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to guide students through courses and colleges

- Understand academic goals, interests, and challenges to give accurate suggestions

- Explain admission processes, timelines, eligibility, and document requirements clearly

- Build confidence and trust through structured, transparent communication

- Drive consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel

- Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions using ethical persuasion

- Maintain CRM logs, call summaries, and follow-up schedules accurately

- Collaborate with operations and counselling teams for seamless onboarding

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English

- Ability to simplify complex academic and process information

- Persuasive, empathetic, and confident on calls

- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and resilient





- Strong calling and follow-up discipline is mandatory

- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream

- Freshers are welcome if communication is solid

Growth: Senior Counselling, Admissions Management, or Team Leadership.
