What you'll do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to discuss career goals and academic interests

- Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and the career outcomes of each

- Give personalised recommendations based on strengths, preferences, and budget

- Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations

- Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel

- Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion

- Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules

- Work closely with counselling and operations teams for a smooth move into admissions

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English

- Ability to explain complex academic and career pathways in simple terms

- Empathetic yet persuasive communication style

- Target-driven, consistent, and confident





- Strong calling and follow-up ability is essential

- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream

- Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Senior Career Specialist, Counselling Lead, or Training roles.
