Job Responsibilities

- Read and understand basic construction drawings and reinforcement layouts.

- Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel bars as per specifications.

- Install and tie reinforcement bars for columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and other structures.

- Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcement steel.

- Use hand tools and equipment safely for cutting, bending, and tying steel.

- Check reinforcement work before concrete pouring.

- Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, masons, and other site workers.

- Follow all site safety rules and construction procedures.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Steel Fixer.

· Experience in building/construction projects preferred.

· Knowledge of reinforcement steel fixing,



bar bending, and tying.

· Ability to understand basic construction drawings.

· Physically fit and capable of working at construction sites.

· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
