Job Description

- To create, design, program manage delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.

- To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in FnV unit of Instamart, inventory management and storage, 5S

- To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit

- To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems.

- To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions





- To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks

- To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction

- To find solutions, seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational and strategic goals.

- Working closely with product teams to create process and product design flows for manpower efficiency improvement and better inventory management
